Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your satisfaction and work to resolve issues promptly.


  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before the restaurant confirms them. Once accepted, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Refund Eligibility: Prepaid orders canceled before restaurant acceptance or undeliverable orders qualify for full refunds.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Incorrect Orders: Report missing or wrong orders within 2 hours of delivery with your order ID.

  • Non-refundable Cases: Refunds are not applicable for minor variations in taste, quantity, or delay caused by external factors unless verified by Towny.
